Sponsorship Coordinator

We are seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to assist in securing sponsors for our 2023 festival and monthly showcases. The ideal applicant will have experience in event sponsorship and possess excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills. As a Sponsorship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in attracting sponsors, optimizing sponsorship packages, and ensuring successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential sponsors for our 2023 festival and monthly showcases.
  • Confirm sponsorships by reaching out to potential sponsors and presenting compelling sponsorship packages.
  • Optimize sponsorship packages and tiers to meet the needs and interests of potential sponsors.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor sponsorships, and relevant opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement throughout the sponsorship duration.
  • Track and report on sponsorship progress, including securing commitments, tracking revenue, and fulfilling sponsorship benefits.
  • Continuously explore new sponsorship opportunities and approaches to maximize sponsorship revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event sponsorship, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential sponsors aligned with our festival and showcases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage sponsors and present compelling sponsorship packages.
  • Ability to optimize sponsorship packages to meet sponsor expectations and budget.
  • Proficient in maintaining relationships with sponsors and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple sponsorship relationships simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor sponsorships and emerging opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

You will receive a commission of 15% on all sponsorships that you secure.
